Mileena encounters Hattori 2

Long awaited request to JC013

"I knew that we could never have a life together. She knew that...accepted it and never uttered another word about it. She looked through my heart and saw what was inside. "Huff....huff...." Mileena wheezed. Her sai was in my face at close range. Her tears fell on my face as she held me down with brute force. The Tarkatan features that forever cursed her face, appeared as her fangs looked razor sharp. She was hesitating to kill me in front of her old master and father, Shao Kahn. He stood there before her, waiting to finish me. All I could do was smile at her instead of showing any type of fear. She whimpered as her tears kept falling on me. "WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?! FINISH HIM!!!" Shao Kahn ordered, but Mileena didn't move an inch. "Mileena...its okay. If I die, I won't back away from the promise I made to you." I whispered softly. Mileena smiled at me as she wanted to put down her sai, but suddenly her "father" grew very impatient. "Imbecile!!!" *SMACK!* Kahn slapped his "daughter" in the face so hard, that her face became very swollen and red. "Mileena!!" I shouted.

Angrily, Kahn stomped me into the ground as he began to say, "Pathetic mortal. I made you into what you were! And you dared deceived me for your own petty wishes?! I will make sure you'll die a slow death!!" He picked me up and slammed his fist into my stomach. I groaned hard in pain as blood dripped out of my mouth. All the energy that my body had, was drained and depleted. Kahn smacked me with his war hammer as I went flying into the wall. "Dammit...this bastard really wants me to die!!" I puffed. I tried to stand, but I quickly fell on my knees in agonizing pain. I looked over to Mileena as she slowly got up from the ground. Her eyes glowed with anger as she threw her sais at Kahn. He quickly dodged them as he tried to attack her again, but Mileena had another plan in mind. She looked at me as she suddenly disappeared into thin air. Startled, I chose not to move any further as my body was losing energy fast. My flames were disappearing and it seemed that my eyes were returning back to normal...

"Shit...just great." I groaned hard. It felt like I was ready to die and join my Mizuki and our child. I was so ready to be with them and escape this life that had binded me into total damnation. My eyes were closing slowly and my body became heavy and weary. I didn't want to leave Mileena alone to fight, but this may have been the end for me...for us. Shang Tsung walked over to me as he landed his foot against my side. He pulled me up by my hair, chuckling as he was ready to end my life. "Heh...you thought that you could win and defeat the emperor all by yourself? You simply fasinate me Hattori, but I'm sorry to inform you that you failed just you did when I killed your weak wife..." Shang laughed loudy as he boldly looked me in the face. I clentched my teeth as the flames from my hand came back.

I felt a strange energy as my body became warm once again. Growling, I engulfed his leg in flames. He shouted in pain as he released a soul catcher after me, but I already gotten rid of it by one flame shot. "Is that all you got sorcerer? C'mon, I know you can do better than that!!" I taunted. Shang smirked as he rejuvanated his leg back to normal. "Very Well, prepare to die!!" Shang yelled as he ran after me. I dodged him as he threw swift kicks and punches in every direction I was in. I saw Mileena appear from the shadows fighting her old master. Kahn wasn't going to admit defeat yet from his altered creation, so he decided to cheat his way into victory by opening a portal to the Nether-Realm's darkest regions. "For you betraying me, my dear "child", you will forever rot in the Nether-Realm!!!" Kahn laughed.

The swirling winds from the portal were swooshing loudly from inside the throne room. "MILEENA!!!" I yelled over to her. She looked at me with a happy look on her face, I didn't know what it meant, but I could tell that Mileena wasn't going to lose to him. Shang broke my trance as he threw soul demons towards my way. I swung my sword as I made the souls disappear with my blade. I shot a flame at Shang's chest as he flew down to the ground. I smirked at Mileena as she performed her rolling thunder at Kahn. "Heh...WORTHLESS WENCH!" Kahn shouted as he grabbed her by the hair. She shrieked loudly at her father as he held her towards the portal. "I should have killed you from the beginning. Look at you, so disgusting and ugly...all you have is a man's desire, not his heart. Who could dare love a tramp like you?? I only accepted you for killing all my enemies and disposing them into that ugly Tarkatan mouth of yours. So now you won't have to worry about anything about your looks...you will forever be in a place that even the undead corpses wouldn't touch you. So farewell, daughter!" Kahn said as he swung Mileena to the portal.

I ran after her as my hand tried to grab hers but it was too late. It closed quickly as I landed hard on my chest. Once again I failed by saving someone that I loved very much and the pain was too much to bear all at once. Kahn laughed as Shang recovered himself from my blow. "What will you do now ex-soldier? You're all out of options." Shang laughed. I huffed as my eyes releases tears for Mileena. I fell on my knees as I knew that she wasn't going to come back. Kahn walked over to me with his war hammer in hand. Back to being weak and exhausted, I didn't have another ounce of energy left in me. *PSSOW! PSSOW!~* Those were the sounds of Mileena's sais coming from the wall were the portal was. They both hit Shao Kahn in the chest as he screamed in pain. I looked around me as I didn't see her, but I knew she was around somewhere. A portal to the Nether-Realm opened as Mileena flew out of it with a sai in her hand. She stabbed him in the face and slit his throat as he tried to get away from her, but Mileena wasn't about to be defeated. She shrieked frantically as she stabbed his chest and both eyes. "YOU NEVER LOVED ME!!!," Mileena shrieked. "I ALWAYS WANTED YOU TO ACCEPT ME AND LOVE ME BUT NOW YOU ARE NOTHING TO ME YOU PATHETIC EMPEROR!!!" With one final look at her father she bit off his entire head, gobbled his face and brain and threw it at the portal along with the rest of his body.

Growling, she looked at her creator, Shang Tsung. For the first time ever, he was actually afraid of Mileena. He tried to get away from her, but Mileena threw her sais down to his feet, locking him in one spot. She walked over to him slowly as she placed on her mask. "Mileena! I order you to stop at once!!! Mileena!!! Mileena.....!!! *GAK!~*" Mileena tore off his lower body and threw it to the ground. Shang tried to get away with the last bit of his energy, but he failed and died from the massive blood loss. Suddenly a bright flashed released throughout the room as thousands of souls flew into the air. My eyes caught Mizuki as she walked towards me with that same smile I remembered long ago. I stood up looking at her one last time as she gave me a kiss goodbye. Before she left, she said "We're okay Hattori. We're okay." Her soul vanished up into the sky. I closed my eyes and smiled to myself as the throne room of Shao Kahn was crumbling into pieces.

Cherry petals flew around me as I felt Mizuki's spirit caressed my body. This was her way of saying goodbye, her way of saying that she and our child were safe and free from Shang Tsung's grasp. My flames appeared from my hands as they burnt away the petals, slowly creating a fire in Shao Khan's throne room and castle. Mileena's face appeared back into being beautiful as she stared at me with no expressions. She didn't stop me nor did she call out my name...then she left without ever looking back. "So its been decided. Farewell Mileena...I love you." I said softly. The fire became intense as I felt my body take in the damage. Everything was crumbling and falling as I continued to stand there in flames. Then before I could even open my eyes, Mileena was right there, holding me in her arms. "If you die, I'll die with you Hattori." Surpraised, I held her tightly as the flames caressed our bodies. From all the wrongs and sins we both commited, this was not only an end, but an end to cease both of our suffering and pain.

I hummed lullabies into her ear as we slowly died together, but surprisely the flames didn't hurt us at all. We held each other tightly as I could feel her heart beat against my chest. "I promise that I will forever protect you and love you with all my heart. I will honor anything you desire from me Mileena." She gave me a smile that reminded me of Mizuki and softly replied, "I will do the same Hattori and I love you too." I smiled and lifted her chin to kiss me. The petals fell on us as the skies became blue again. With Shao Kahn and Shang Tsung finally destroyed, we can all finally live a life of peace without despair and fear. My wandering days were over and I no longer had to hide away from my past...nor my future.
